Description
The QZKH is an oval gear flowmeter with a mechanical counter and flanged connection for nominal sizes from DN10 to DN200. It is particularly suited to measuring points without auxiliary power, since it counts without a supply; an electrical output is available as an accessory.
Positive displacement, two oval gears drive the counter through a gear train, no straight inlet run needed. Flow range from 0.03 at DN10 to 340 at DN200; we will confirm the unit on request. Accuracy class 0.5 or 0.2, depending on viscosity; repeatability is available on request. Reading on the mechanical counter or an electronic counter. Optional photoelectric pulse transmitter, three-wire, 12 or 24 V, or a 4 … 20 mA transmitter; supply, load and accuracy of the transmitter are available on request.
Five material versions: cast iron, cast steel, cast iron with aluminium-alloy gears, stainless steel throughout, and aluminium alloy as lightweight version; nominal pressure 1.6 · 2.5 · 4.0 · 6.3 MPa by model. Working temperature -10 … +60 °C, ambient -40 … +50 °C. The protection grade is available on request. Explosion protection per the sheet 'Ex d IIB T4', without certificate, group or category. A declaration of conformity is available on request. Before sizing, note: the permissible medium temperature, including for the high-temperature version, is available on request. The nominal pressure depends on model and size and departs from the steps with 4.1 MPa for cast steel at DN80 … DN100.
