Our shop is aimed exclusively at businesses. All prices and shipping costs are net, plus statutory VAT.

Delivery countries

We deliver within Austria and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.

Collection: we do not have a shop. Collection from our premises in 8700 Leoben is possible by appointment – please arrange in advance by email or on +43 676 362 8453.

Shipping costs

All amounts net, plus statutory VAT.

  • Delivery within Austria: €25.00
  • Delivery to the other European delivery countries: €29.00
  • Delivery to the United States: €55.00

There is no threshold for free shipping. For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, USA), customs duties, import charges and fees may apply and are borne by the recipient.

VAT on deliveries to other EU countries

If you enter a valid VAT identification number from another EU member state when ordering, we deliver as a tax-exempt intra-Community supply. Without a valid VAT ID, we charge the statutory VAT.

Delivery times

Unless another period is stated in the offer, delivery within Austria takes 3 to 5 working days and international delivery 5 to 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, from receipt of payment). There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together unless otherwise agreed; the delivery time then depends on the item with the longest delivery time.

We do not offer express shipping. If your project is under time pressure, ask us before ordering – we will tell you what is possible.

Further payment details

For purchase on invoice, the invoice amount is payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction. In individual cases – for example first orders or large amounts – we reserve the right to accept purchase on invoice only against prepayment.

Card payments are charged when the contract is concluded. For prepayment, we send you the payment details in the order confirmation; the delivery time starts on receipt of payment.
