Delivery countries
We deliver within Austria and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Do you need delivery to a country that is not listed here? Write to office@octogon.org and we will tell you the cost and the transit time.
Collection: We do not operate a retail store. Collection at our premises in 8700 Leoben, Austria is possible by prior arrangement – please agree a time by email or by phone at +43 676 362 8453.
Shipping costs
All amounts include statutory VAT.
- Delivery within Austria: EUR 25.00
- Delivery to the other countries served: EUR 29.00
There is no order value above which shipping becomes free.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within 3 to 5 working days within Austria and within 5 to 7 working days for deliveries abroad, counted from conclusion of the contract (where prepayment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
We do not offer express shipping. If your project is under time pressure, ask before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Further details on payment
For purchase on account, the invoice amount is due within 30 days.
When paying by credit card, your card account is debited when the contract is concluded.
For prepayment, we state the payment details in the order confirmation. The delivery period starts at the time of your payment instruction.
