Returning goods without defects

Ordered the wrong version or rated load? Please contact us before sending anything back at office@octogon.org or +43 676 362 8453. We will check whether a return or exchange is possible and let you know the conditions. We cannot accept returns that have not been agreed in advance.

Defects and transport damage

Please inspect the goods immediately on receipt. Report defects, missing items and transport damage without delay, at the latest within 7 days, stating the order number, a description and, if possible, photos. The warranty provisions of our terms and conditions apply.
