Description
The QSKH is a mechanical in-line piston flow switch with body and piston in nickel-plated brass. It is particularly suited to liquids in industrial equipment, cooling and lubrication.
A magnetic piston on a spring is displaced by the flow, and the magnet closes a reed contact outside the wetted part. Setting range in seven sizes from 2 … 9 to 50 … 200 L/min, switching point set on an engraved scale calibrated in water at 20 °C with horizontal mounting. Accuracy ± 5 of the total range; we will confirm the unit of this figure on request. Hysteresis depends on the switching point, at least 0.6 L/min. Output reed contact, one changeover, switching capacity 24 V DC / 1 A. Details of the supply voltage are available on request. Connection M12 connector or rectangular plug.
Body and piston in nickel-plated brass, spring stainless steel, seal NBR. Process connection female thread G or R from 1/2 to 1½ inch by size. Pressure rating 100 bar, pressure loss ≤ 0.5 bar at 25 L/min, medium temperature ≤ 90 °C, protection IP67 with M12 or IP65 with rectangular plug. A declaration of conformity is available on request. Mounting position, medium and temperature shift the switching value. The amount of this shift and the permissible ambient temperature are available on request.
