Description
The MSAC is a compact static torque transducer with male and female square. It is particularly suitable for static torque measurement between drive and tool, for testing torque wrenches and screwdrivers with square drive and for test benches with little installation space.
The transducer is available with nominal torques from 0.5 N·m to 1000 N·m and measures clockwise and anticlockwise. Linearity and hysteresis are ≤ ±0.20 %, optionally ≤ ±0.10 %; the rated output is 2 mV/V (0.5 N·m: 1 mV/V). Depending on the nominal torque the square according to ISO 1174-1 is ¼″, ⅜″, ½″ or ¾″; the connection is a fixed shielded 5 m cable.
The measuring body is made of stainless steel 17-4 PH; the protection class is IP40 and the operating range is −10 to +70 °C. The MSAC complies with CE, RoHS and REACH; a calibration report and an accredited calibration certificate according to ISO 17025 are available on request, each clockwise and anticlockwise.
