Description
The LZMC is a universal force measuring cell with IO-Link for tension, compression or tension and compression. Bridge, amplifier and digital interface sit in one potted body; it is set up by software from the IO-Link master.
The rated loads are 500, 1000, 1500 and 3000 kg (5 to 30 kN). The amplifier works with 16 bit, a response time of 20 ms and a filter of 0 … 5 s; its accuracy is max. 0.05 % of range plus sensor error. The measuring cell has a hysteresis of 0.5 % of range, a repeatability of 0.05 %, a creep of 0.05 % / 10 min and a temperature drift of zero and span of 0.05 % / 10 K each. The safe overload is 150 %, the breaking load 200 % of range.
The cell is supplied with 24 VDC (standard current < 30 mA, total current max. 130 mA) and connected via an M12x1 connector, 4-pin; the supply is reverse-polarity protected. There is no analogue signal: commissioning requires an IO-Link master and the matching IODD file from the IODD finder, neither of which is included in delivery.
The material is stainless steel or nickel-plated tool steel, the protection class is IP54, and the electronics are fully potted. Mounting is via rod ends, which are included in delivery, or without rod ends using the threaded bores of the cell. The weight is approx. 343 g (500 and 1000 kg) or 423 g (1500 and 3000 kg), each without rod end and without covers. Operating temperature -20 … +80 °C, storage temperature -20 … +85 °C, humidity 30 … 90 % RH at 40 °C without condensation.
The LZMC is a measuring device and has no safety rating.
