Description
The LKAE is a low-profile compression load cell with integrated amplifier of fully laser-welded stainless steel for static weighing. It is particularly suited to vessel, silo and hopper scales and, together with the LMAAA weighing module, also to vibrating hoppers.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 1 kN to 2 MN or from 100 kg to 200 t. It achieves an accuracy of 0.03 % with a non-linearity of ±0.03 % and a non-repeatability of ±0.01 %. The integrated amplifier delivers an output signal of 4–20 mA (3-wire), 0…5 V or 0…10 V and is supplied with 12…24 V DC. It is connected by a 5 m PVC cable (10 m on request).
The laser-welded stainless steel housing and IP68 protection (100 h at 1 m water column) allow use even under demanding environmental conditions. The load cell is delivered factory-calibrated and is CE, RoHS and EAC compliant. ISO 17025 calibration is available as an option.
