Description
The LBLE is a robust shear beam load cell for precise force and weight measurement at higher loads. It is suitable for tension and compression loads and can be used, for example, in tank scales, platform scales, dosing systems and industrial plants.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 500 kg to 10,000 kg or 5 kN to 100 kN. Depending on the measuring range, accuracy classes C3 and C4 are available. The total error is max. ±0.02 % FS for C3 and ±0.017 % FS for C4.
The housing made of stainless steel AISI 420 and protection class IP68 allow use even in demanding ambient conditions. The full Wheatstone bridge in 6-wire design ensures reliable integration into existing measuring systems. ISO 17025 calibration and various certifications are optionally available.
An ATEX version for zone 2/22 is available on request.
