Description
The LBAD is a shear beam load cell with integrated amplifier for precise weighing measurements in industrial applications. Because it delivers an amplified output signal, it can be connected directly to controllers and evaluation units without a separate measuring amplifier. This makes it particularly suitable for tank, silo and hopper scales as well as for dosing and filling systems.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 350 kg to 2,000 kg or from 3.5 kN to 20 kN and achieves an accuracy of 0.03 %. The output signals 4–20 mA (3-wire), 0.5–5.5 V or 0.5–10.5 V are available to choose from. The supply is 12–24 Vdc, or 18–24 Vdc for the 0.5–10.5 V version.
The laser-welded stainless steel housing and IP68 protection (100 h at 1 m water column) allow use even under demanding environmental conditions. The load cell is delivered factory-calibrated and is CE, RoHS and EAC compliant. ISO 17025 calibration is available as an option. With the LMAAC weighing module, it can be installed directly in tanks, silos and hoppers.
