Description
The EKMH is the tool that belongs to the programmable transmitters of this range. It hangs on a USB port of the PC, is powered from it, and writes the setting into the transmitter without contact over RFID to ISO 15693 — the same NFC technology a phone uses for a travel card. Suitable devices are the EKMA, EKMB, TP-DR and SP-DR. The software that comes with it reads, writes and edits the configuration: type of sensor, type of connection, measuring range and the behaviour of the output in case of a fault. The driver installs itself when the unit is plugged in, the interface is a HID USB port, and the delivery contains the programming unit, the USB cable of about 1.8 m and the software. The case is black plastic of about 190 × 102 × 29 mm and weighs around 160 g without the cable.
