Description
The KIOA is an isolation diaphragm in 26 models from Ø 12.4 mm to Ø 110 mm.
Depending on the model, the diaphragm thickness is 0.025 / 0.03 mm, 0.08 mm or 0.1 mm, the height 0.4 … 0.7 mm. Several dimensions B are available for many models.
Models 1 and 2 are made of 316L, models 3 to 26 of 316L, tantalum, HC276, HB, Monel, titanium or nickel. Dimensions D and B by model are given in the datasheet.
