Description
The LMAAA is a mounting kit for the compression load cells LKAD and LKAF. It is made completely of AISI 304 stainless steel with a very robust structure and eases the installation of weighing and dosing systems in tanks, bins and static or vibrating hoppers.
Paired with an LKAD or LKAF load cell it reaches an accuracy class of 1 000, 2 000 or 3 000 divisions and an IP68 protection class. Load self-alignment and transverse shift compensation ensure high metrological performance even with settling, thermal expansion, positioning errors, transverse thrusts and deformation of structures.

Mounting
- Circular system with 3 or square system with 4 supporting points
- Lower plate fixed to the structure or the ground, upper plate horizontal and in axis with the lower one
- Shift limiter centred in the hole to avoid friction that can alter weighing
- Load cell replaceable by two lifting screws with the system unloaded
