Description
The LBAC is a shear beam load cell for precise weighing measurements in industrial applications. It is particularly suitable for medium to high loads, for example in tank, silo and hopper scales, platform scales, or dosing and filling systems.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 3,500 N to 75,000 N or from 350 kg to 7,500 kg. It meets accuracy classes C2 (2,000 d) and C3 (3,000 d) according to OIML R60 and achieves a maximum combined error of ±0.020 % in class C3. A version with an OIML R60 certificate is available. The full Wheatstone bridge in 4-wire configuration with a rated output of 2 mV/V allows reliable integration into existing measuring systems.
The laser-welded stainless steel housing and IP68 protection (100 h at 1 m water column) allow use even under demanding environmental conditions. An ATEX version for hazardous areas (gas and dust) is available as an option. The load cell is delivered factory-calibrated. ISO 17025 calibration is available as an option. With the LMAAC weighing module made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it can be installed directly in tanks and systems while keeping its protection rating and accuracy class.
