Description
The LBLF is a versatile bending and shear beam load cell for precise force and weight measurement in industrial applications. It is suitable for tension and compression loads and is used, among others, in tank scales, platform scales, belt scales, dosing and bagging scales, and in packaging machines in the process industry.
As a bending beam, the LBLF is designed for rated loads from 75 kg to 300 kg; as a shear beam, for 500 kg to 5,000 kg. It meets accuracy class OIML R60 C3 with a combined error of max. ±0.02 % FS.
The housing made of nickel-plated steel AISI 4340 and protection class IP67 (75–300 kg) or IP68 (500–5,000 kg) allow reliable use even in harsh operating conditions. The full Wheatstone bridge (2 mV/V) in 6-wire design ensures stable integration into existing measuring systems. In addition to EAC, UKCA and UK Trade approval, ATEX II 1GD, IECEx and EAC Ex are available on request.
