Description
The LZBG is a tension and compression load cell for very wide measuring ranges. It is suitable for test benches, heavy machinery, press applications and industrial force measuring systems with high loads.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 10 kN to 30 MN or 1 t to 3,000 t. The total error is a maximum of ±0.14 % FS. The force is applied through a male thread at both ends, from M12 (10 and 20 kN) to TR400×24 (30,000 kN); the dimensions for each rated load are shown in the dimension drawing.
The housing is made of 17-4PH / 1.4542 stainless steel and is designed with protection class IP66 for industrial applications. A high-temperature version up to +250 °C and ISO 17025 calibration are optionally available.
