Description
The EALB is a junction box made of ABS with a transparent lid and protection rating IP67. It brings together the cables of up to four load cells – up to eight in versions EALB-03 and EALB-04 – and passes one common signal on to the amplifier or indicator.

- EALB-01 – equalization board, up to 4 load cells, 4 + 1 cable glands M16 × 1.5
- EALB-02 – equalization board, up to 4 load cells, 4 + 1 PVC connections per cable sheath
- EALB-03 – equalization board, up to 8 load cells, 8 + 2 cable glands M16 × 1.5, surge protection
- EALB-04 – equalization board, up to 8 load cells, 8 + 2 PVC connections per cable sheath, surge protection
- EALB-05 – parallel connection board, up to 4 load cells
- EALB-06 – parallel connection board, up to 4 load cells, 4 + 1 cable glands M16 × 1.5
- EALB-07 – parallel connection board, up to 4 load cells, 4 + 1 PVC connections per cable sheath

Equalization or parallel connection
The potentiometers of the equalization board are used to match the signals of the individual load cells. This requires that the sensitivities of the load cells differ by no more than 0.1 mV at 2 mV/V or 0.15 mV at 3 mV/V. The parallel connection board (EALB-05 to EALB-07) connects the load cells without adjustment.
Dimensions
The dimension drawing shows the case at 180 × 130 × 35 mm with four Ø 4.5 mm mounting holes at 163 × 113 mm. Whether the versions for eight load cells use the same case, and which cable entries EALB-05 has, is not stated in the documentation – please ask us before planning around it.
