Description
The LBLD is a precise bending beam load cell for industrial force and weight measurement. It is suitable for tension and compression loads and can be used, for example, in platform scales, dosing systems, machines and process monitoring systems.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 20 kg to 500 kg or 200 N to 5,000 N. For particularly high requirements, accuracy classes C3 and C4 are available. The total error is max. ±0.02 % FS for C3 and ±0.017 % FS for C4.
The housing made of stainless steel AISI 420 and protection class IP68 allow reliable use in demanding ambient conditions. The full Wheatstone bridge in 6-wire design supports stable signal transmission. ISO 17025 calibration and various certifications are optionally available.
Versions to ATEX for zone 2/22 and to ATEX/IECEx for zone 1/21 are available on request.
