Description
The QZKF is a gear flowmeter for flow rates from 2 to 350 L/min in six sizes. It is particularly suited to fuels, oils, fats, adhesives, solvents, inks and insecticides and is also available in a flameproof version with a cast housing.
Positive displacement with two meshing gears, no straight inlet run needed. Measuring range 2 … 350 L/min, accuracy ± 0.5 % of full scale, repeatability ± 0.1 % of full scale. Outputs PAF/NAF: switch PNP or NPN, pulse and 4 … 20 mA together, with OLED display; HP/HA/MP/MA: pulse or 4 … 20 mA only. Supply 16 … 30 V DC per the data block. Connection rectangular connector or M12 × 1, five-pin.
Body of aluminium (150 bar) or stainless steel 304 or 316L (400 bar), seal FKM or PTFE for corrosive media. Process connection female thread G1/2 … G2 or M42 × 2. Medium temperature as technical parameter -30 … +80 °C, 150 °C on request. The protection grade is not documented. The flameproof version (order field E) has a cast housing with two cable entries; the sheet names no Ex marking. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: the medium temperature is stated four different ways; only -30 … +80 °C is firm. The 20 … 200 L/min size is printed with G1/4, so its thread must be confirmed before ordering. Without a marking the flameproof version cannot be used in a hazardous area.
