Flow - Gas

Flow measurement for gases

Gases call for their own measuring methods – grouped here by application rather than by measuring principle.

Thermal and MEMS mass flow meters measure from 2 SLPM to 705 m³/h, gas turbine meters 2.5 … 6500 m³/h, rotary piston gas meters up to 1600 m³/h with volume correction and swirl meters up to 3600 m³/h with temperature and pressure correction. An air velocity transmitter for 1 … 50 m/s completes the range.
