Description
The KPOA is a measuring diaphragm for diaphragm pressure gauges. It is available in three sizes with Ø 75, 100 and 130 mm, the height is 2 mm.
Measuring ranges extend from 0 … 1 kPa to 0 … 2500 kPa; the full scale is set per size within the span given. Precision is 1 · 1.6 · 2.5 %, displacement 1.1 … 1.3 mm.
Materials are 316L, tantalum, Hastelloy, titanium and others. The connection thread is M3.5 as drawn. Dimensions by size are given in the datasheet.
